Pricing

All products offered by Ezra Cayman Bespoke Couture are priced in USD. We reserve the right from time to time to alter our prices.

Payment

We accept AMEX or personal check.  We begin production of your order when payment is received in full.  All sales for custom garments are final.

Cancellations / Returns

Our custom products are bespoke tailor-made and therefore cancellations or changes to orders are unable to be accepted after the order is confirmed. Should you wish to cancel your order within this period, please contact your clothier.

Ezra Cayman Bespoke Couture is committed to our clients’ satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your custom garments, we will make any desired changes or alterations.  However, we do not accept returns on custom garments.  All custom sales are final.  

We are able to make returns on items purchased for clients at retail stores, subject to the terms and policies of the applicable brands/stores where the items were purchased.

Caring for Your Garments

We recommend using high quality dry cleaners for all garments to maximize and extend their lifespan.

Shipping Policies

Shipping charges may be applied to orders where necessary.  We insure all items, but Vesey Exclusive is not liable for items that are lost in transit. Customers should keep record of tracking information to minimize confusion.
